Welcome to
Fountain City Presbyterian Church
If God loved us this way, we also ought to love one another
About Us
Since 1923, Fountain City Presbyterian Church has been faithfully listening for God’s call and responding boldly through faithful worship, impactful service, enriching fellowship, and loving witness. As a proud congregation of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), Fountain City Presbyterian Church has deep theological roots in the Reformed tradition, a tradition that helps us draw on the stability of our heritage and continue to look for new ways to authentically express our love for God, world, and humankind.
One will find that Fountain City Presbyterian Church is neither so big that they would become lost nor so small that they would lack meaningful ways to plug in and enrich their relationship with Christ through community. Through traditional worship, Biblically-focused Christian education programs, and meaningful mission opportunities, we believe that Fountain City Presbyterian Church can become the spiritual home for anyone seeking a warm community with deep roots.
Mission Statement: Fountain City Presbyterian Church seeks to be A caring community of faith proclaiming the good news of God’s love:
- Through worship, study, and Christian outreach
- Through a ministry of compassion, healing, justice, peace, and stewardship of God’s creation
- Through opportunities for each person to seek Christ and make Him known.
Our Vision
If God loved us this way, we also ought to love one another. – 1 John 4:11
We, the people of Fountain City Presbyterian Church, dream to be a
loving, caring family for all who hunger and thirst for the kind of world
Jesus made possible.

Connect and Grow
At FCPC, we believe that God’s love calls us into a deeper relationship with God, ourselves, and a church family. We foster all three of these crucial relationships by gathering for fellowship events, learning opportunities, and opportunities to support one another. Whether you are craving a caring community or a place to explore the deep questions of our faith, FCPC is a place to connect and grow!
Serve
At FCPC, we believe that the good news of Jesus Christ invites us to step out and respond to God’s love by serving our neighbors. We believe that serving in the name of Jesus can take the form of projects, acts of compassion, prayer, financial support, and witness. We have a strong Mission Committee that helps FCPC to discern where God is leading our church to serve God’s world. We hope that you might find a space to respond to your faith and serve.
Davis Center
Our mission is to provide the highest quality childcare in a loving, supportive Christian environment for children six weeks of age through pre-K. The Davis Center and its staff achieve this by providing facilities and programming that nurture each child’s physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual development. Our class sizes ensure each child has a place to grow, learn and experience new things using Christian principles and teachings.
