Question: Why can’t I see all the dates or roles available to sign up? Answer: All signup dates do not fit on one screen. To view additional dates, look for the calendar icon in the upper right corner of the screen and click the arrow to see more dates. You may also need to scroll down the page you are viewing to see all opportunities.
Question: Can I filter out the roles that I am not interested in? Answer: If you do not want to view all serving opportunities, you can click on the blue bubble for opportunities that do not seem to interest you. This action will turn the bubble from blue to gray. You only see available opportunities for the blue bubbles. If you want to step out of your comfort zone to serve in new ways, just leave all bubbles blue.
Question: What does “No Volunteers Needed” mean? Answer: “No Volunteers Needed” means there is no signup opportunity for that date. It does not mean that all signup opportunities have been filled or that there are not many serving needs. Some opportunities like Cleanup Crew occur only once during the week. Other opportunities like Overnight Hosts provide opportunities each evening for 7 nights for 2 people to serve each night.
Question: Why does the Overnight Host volunteer opportunity show that it ends at 11:59 p. m.?
